Basically this hospital is a referral hospital for haematological cases. I've been here for about 6 months and frankly, as it is a new hospital, u can't expect everything to be A-OK. The computerized or 'paper-less' system as it is called just started sometime around November (yerp...right after hari raya). frankly speaking, the only good thing about it is that pharmacists are able to understand the prescriber's handwriting better...regarding the paperless procedure...at the moment its still paper-full (bigger in a sense that the prescription slip is A4 size compared to the small 'SLIP'). but i guess patients are getting a hang of it... A small request to the patients, since we're just upgrading to the new system, we kindly hope that you can be patient while waiting to be served. You cooperation is highly appreciated. To the staff of Hospital Ampang, I understand that the system upgrade may slightly delay our performances, but on behalf of the patients, i hope that we do not take this as a reason to delay our performance. If we can manage with manual prescriptions, why can't we accept changes? :) keep up the good work y'all
